As we look back to 2005 and 2006 we can reflect on some pretty insaine increases in real estate prices, which have rolled back to pretty scarry declines over the ensuing months. As banking gets it's legs back under it, and prices continue to decend what are we as agents, buyers, and sellers to do.
As agents we should keep informed within our local markets, and share our expertise with buyers, sellers and collegues.
Sellers will need to set reasonable expectations and buyers should proceed with the knowledge learned from recent past and the financial mistakes that were made within the market.
We should look forward to reafirming the old and building new profitable relationships.
